Open Debating & Public Speaking Competition
On Thursday last week, for the first time the ACC held an Open Debating & Public Speaking Competition. The event was held at St Mary’s College with students from across the association competing for their school to take out this years title. Fantastic debating and public speaking was on display and adjudication from DAV was great to have, not only to judge the winning sides but to provide feedback to each group and individuals.
The ACC would like to congratulate all the students involved and would like to announce the following winners:
-Division 1 Debating – Parade College
-Division 2 Debating – Whitefriars College
-Public Speaking – St Bede’s College
